VAT DD & payment deferral

If you normally pay your VAT by direct debit and want to defer those payments due between 20 March 2020 and 30 June 2020 then you must cancel your direct debit bank mandate, otherwise HMRC will automatically collect on receipt of your VAT return.

Payment can be deferred until 31 March 2021.

So do it now before you forget!
